AMU Kitchen was born from the shared dream of four friends to recreate the warmth, trust, and nostalgia of home-cooked meals. To serve authentic, homely food with a traditional touch in an environment that feels relaxing and stress-free. The idea was inspired by Amrita, whose memories of her Nani’s kitchen reminded us of the charm of motherly touch meals with passion and caring. Pankaj, a researcher, passionate explorer of spice blends, ensures that every dish carries the perfect balance of flavours. Dipak, a believer in simplicity and mindful living, brings his expertise in resource management to keep things running smoothly and Debasish, with years of experience in the service industry, adds creativity and operational excellence to our team.
